Lucky 13 Sandwich has teamed up with the Copenhagen based food-tech company Noahs to build the ultimate multi-brand restaurant model.
Noahs has developed 15 food brands and continues to develop more to satisfy local demographics and demand. It also provides an opportunity for existing brands to expand their own business through the Noahs Brand Catalogue, with little or no expense.
Smart Kitchens offer a new level of efficiency, profitability, quality control, speed and scalability that hasn't been possible before.
We work directly with each brand represented on our platform, through individual license agreements, in order to protect and preserve their uniqueness and marketability.

Cross-concept simply offers the customer the ability to order between a variety of different brands on one single order.

We’ve settled in on the booming demand of food delivery, fast casual dine-in and curb side pick-up. These available trading channels, through close collaboration with the aggregators and online merchants, is known as “Omni-channel” ordering. We have a model where the hefty aggregator commissions provide us with services that are way beyond what we could accommodate internally.
